Walter Koenig’s and Eva Marie Saint’s careers may have outlasted their best-known roles
Walter Koenig, Star Trek’s original Chekov, has died at 90, the BBC and the Los Angeles Times reported; earlier this year he won a best-actor award for a short film, the BBC reported. Eva Marie Saint, who won an Oscar for her very first film role, died on Oct. 6 at 102, the Associated Press reported. Read together, the two obituaries may show careers that outlasted the roles each was best known for.
